加拿大每年都会出炉百佳雇主榜单(Canada’s Top 100 Employers)。不管从事哪些行业,你都可以参考这个榜单,以此选择合适的公司。9 l& X  \0 g+ I1 d7 P1 l. q

% ^$ T$ d& ]" g! t, z& Z- L这项评选活动已经进行了18年,标准主要有八个方面,分别是“工作硬件环境”、“工作气氛和社交”、“医疗、金融和家庭福利”、“休假和放假”、"员工交流","绩效管理“、“培训和技能发展”和“社区活动参与度”。! ^; d2 M, Z- w3 t9 X

& V' t6 e4 g" x6 a, Z7 m7 M值得一提的是,今年参加评选的雇主人数远超往年,已经创下新高,大约有7500名雇主获邀参与评选。
